Part-Time Educational Support Assistant

Engage students as a Part-Time Educational Support Assistant specializing in diverse learning needs. Available on Mondays and Tuesdays, this role is critical in fostering a supportive classroom environment.

You will begin supporting learners with complex needs as soon as possible, continuing through the 2026/2027 school year. Ideal candidates should have prior experience and training as an Educational Assistant, along with a background in literacy and numeracy. Your positive approach will encourage student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students

• Assist in classroom activities and promote engagement

• Implement calming strategies for behavioral issues

• Collaborate closely with teachers for optimal support

• Maintain an inclusive atmosphere for all learners

Requirements:

• Training or experience as an Educational Assistant

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills preferred
