In this position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying student needs and implementing tailored strategies. The candidate must have a Bachelor of Education and relevant teaching certification, along with solid classroom experience in inclusive settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Review student concerns and identify challenges
• Recommend and develop appropriate intervention strategies
• Monitor and document student progress and adapt plans accordingly
• Work with families to access additional school and community resources
• Collaborate with educators and administrators for effective support
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
• Active provincial teaching license
• Classroom experience with diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with IEP development and monitoring
• Effective collaboration skills with staff and families
