As a DASCHWorks Facilitator, you will create transformative experiences for adults with intellectual disabilities. Your focus will be on identifying participant strengths, interests, and developing tailored career plans. Engage through hands-on learning and community collaboration in a meaningful and impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant-centered Learning Labs effectively
• Assist participants in identifying their skills and goals
• Organize job shadows and service projects
• Foster self-advocacy and independence
• Partner with families and community organizations
Requirements:
• Proven experience facilitating adult learning
• Background in vocational development or rehabilitation
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Effective communicator with participants and teams
• Creative problem solver in diverse situations
