Your role involves supporting students throughout their education by providing vital career services and mentorship. You will work closely with the Workforce Team Leads to ensure learners are prepared for their career journeys. Your focus is on achieving a 100% practicum placement rate and promoting Robertson graduates to industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach students on essential skills for practicum roles
• Participate in departmental responsibilities and employment reporting
• Deliver comprehensive support for student job placement outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or related fields
• Experience with job readiness coaching is preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Commitment to inclusive practices with diverse student groups
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
