The MMF is searching for multiple Early Childhood Educator III professionals to support Child Care Centres. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and understanding of their culture. Your experience will shape how children learn to resolve conflicts while engaging in environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant and nurturing learning environment

• Uphold health and safety standards for all children

• Encourage children to engage with environmental stewardship

• Guide children in expressing feelings appropriately

• Participate in monthly staff meetings for team collaboration

Requirements:

• ECE III Diploma or equivalent certification

• Minimum two years of experience in education

• Relevant First Aid/CPR certification

• Clear vulnerability and criminal record checks

• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
