Warman Early Childhood Educator Position

Pursue a rewarding career as an Early Childhood Educator at Hope’s Home in Warman. In this full-time position, you will implement developmentally appropriate programs that engage children and promote their exploration.

Your role will involve close collaboration with staff and parents, ensuring each child’s needs are met through tailored programming and activities. Utilizing the Project Approach and Reggio philosophy, you will design interactive experiences that foster growth across multiple skills. You will also maintain safety standards and document developmental assessments regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan inclusive and engaging daily experiences for children

• Support and guide children’s social and emotional development

• Create an inviting classroom environment with diverse learning stations

• Communicate daily with parents about children’s achievements

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Level III completed

• First Aid/CPR certification current

• Experience with children of all abilities preferred

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in various work conditions
