School Lunch Coordinator Position

Lead the Lunch Program at Pembina Trails School Division, prioritizing safety and supervisor training. Enjoy dedicated lunch hours with additional remote paperwork responsibilities weekly.
In this essential role, you’ll foster a secure environment for students while coordinating with parents and staff. Daily, you'll handle issues as they arise and work closely with supervisors. Training and hiring supervisors are key monthly tasks alongside providing parents with the necessary program information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve daily operational issues among students and staff
• Act as a liaison with parents and the administration
• Train lunch program supervisors as required
• Interview candidates for supervisory positions
• Update parents regarding lunch program services
Requirements:
• Valid Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Records checks necessary
• Commit to Kids Certification is mandatory
• Strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities
• At least Grade 12 education or equivalent required
• Familiarity with Excel and current CPR/First Aid training preferred
