As a Q400 Training Pilot, you will deliver high-quality instruction to aspiring Air Combat Systems Officers and Sensor Operators. Collaborating with the RCAF, you will ensure pilots meet rigorous training and currency standards while managing flightline operations and oversight of instructional missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and evaluate Line CT142Q pilots effectively

• Fly missions supporting ACSO and AES Op training

• Manage operational resources and safety requirements

• Conduct proficiency checks and provide detailed feedback

• Engage in courseware and training development

Requirements:

• 500+ hours of PIC experience on multi-crew aircraft

• Military flight instruction experience preferable

• Two years supervisory experience in flight operations

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Must achieve Category I Medical compliance
