Key Responsibilities:

• Create dynamic e-learning and instructional materials

• Perform Training Needs Analysis to pinpoint gaps

• Work with stakeholders to gather learning requirements

• Develop multimedia content and instructional design documents

• Use Articulate 360 for content development

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

• Evaluate learning program success and recommend enhancements

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in instructional design

• Proficient in Articulate 360 tools

• Strong background in Training Needs Analysis

• Experience with Workday LMS platforms

• Proven skills in project management and communication
