At the Department of Families, this position requires collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team 'll be responsible for child assessments, developing individualized plans, and guiding families to help children thrive in early learning environments. You will also deliver educational training to families and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor preschool children's development

• Create and implement individualized early intervention plans

• Facilitate transitions to educational settings for children

• Deliver services in-home and in community settings

• Educate families through presentations and support programs

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields like Early Childhood Education

• Extensive experience working with children with special needs

• Solid understanding of early intervention practices

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's licence and vehicle access
