Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preschool with a stewardship-focused approach

• Collaborate with board and church leadership

• Mentor and support Room Supervisors effectively

• Ensure compliance with daily operations and licensing

• Build strong relationships with families and community partners

Requirements:

• ECE III or in progress; program management preferred

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in early learning

• Strong understanding of inclusive child development

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Current First Aid/CPR and required checks
