Join the Manitoba Métis Federation as a full-time Director for the Little Fox Childcare Centre located at 200 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB. This pivotal role ensures the successful delivery of programs tailored for Red River Métis children. Applicants should have a relevant educational background and substantial experience in leadership and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day operations and staff management at the centre
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and guidelines
• Foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Manage child registration, fee collection, and reporting
• Prepare and oversee the centre budget annually
Requirements:
• Child Development Degree or ECE III Diploma and experience
• At least three years in a relevant leadership position
• Familiarity with Fastoche and strong organizational skills
• Clean criminal record and background checks
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
