Bridgwater Montessori Academy is looking for an experienced Montessori Teacher with a minimum of one year in a preschool setting. Candidates must hold recognized Preschool Montessori Training. In this role, you will implement the Montessori curriculum and create a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes active learning and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a prepared and inspiring learning environment

• Assess and observe student progress consistently

• Implement effective classroom management techniques

• Communicate with staff and parents about student needs

• Maintain accurate records for continuous assessment

Requirements:

• Accredited Casa Montessori training required

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in Montessori

• Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR

• Ability to clear Police Reference and Child Abuse Registry Checks

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
