Become a vital part of Pembina Trails School Division as a Lunch Program Supervisor in Winnipeg, focusing on children’s safety and effective supervision during lunchtime. This position requires strong communication skills.
As the Lunch Program Supervisor, your shift will run from 11:10 AM to 12:10 PM, Monday to Friday. You will supervise students during their lunch break, ensuring a safe environment both indoors and outdoors while communicating effectively with children and staff. Previous experience with school-age children is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor children’s safety during lunch
• Supervise indoor and outdoor activities
• Communicate clearly with students and staff
• Report any incidents or concerns to supervisors
• Encourage a positive lunch atmosphere for all children
Requirements:
• Valid criminal record check necessary
• Child abuse registry check required
• Strong command of the English language
• Experience working with children preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
