Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging training plans

• Analyze learning needs for strategic alignment

• Coordinate hands-on training and job shadowing

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments

• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or social sciences

• 5 years in an operational role plus 2 in training

• Strong knowledge of learning principles and educational design

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Previous unionized training experience is an asset
