Lunch Program Supervisor

Make a difference in children's lives as a Lunch Program Supervisor with Pembina Trails School Division in Winnipeg.

Your role will be to ensure a safe and engaging environment for students during their lunch hour.

This position requires supervising children in Grades 1 through 6 from 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm, Monday through Friday. You will oversee both indoor and outdoor activities under the guidance of the coordinator and/or principal. Your experience with school-age children and strong communication skills in English will be vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during lunch hours indoors and outdoors

• Ensure a safe and positive lunchtime environment

• Coordinate with school staff for emergency procedures

• Engage with students to promote positive interactions

• Follow up on safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• Completed criminal record and child abuse registry checks

• Good command of English for effective communication

• Experience working with school-age children

• Commitment to child safety and well-being

• Participation in necessary training and orientation
