Mechanical Design Manager – Antec Controls

Antec Controls has a diverse engineering team which includes electrical, software and mechanical disciplines. Our team handles the development of high accuracy airflow devices, electronics and firmware for a range of control products. In addition, we design web-based tools and custom software for our controllers. Our team is building a family of products that are high-performing, intuitive, and designed with safety as the top priority.

As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking a Mechanical Design Manager to lead our talented product development group and oversee our Design Department alongside our Embedded Design Manager. In this role, you will guide a team of 4-5 mechanical product designers and collaborate closely with our customer-facing and Operations teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical product designers.
• Guide the team through all stages of product development projects.
• Collaborate with customer-facing team members to define, prioritize, and manage feature requirements.
