CLEAResult is developing a talent pool for future Field Technician roles, aimed at improving energy efficiency through Sask Power’s low-income program. Install energy-saving products and educate homeowners about their benefits while adhering to technical standards. The role requires significant travel across Saskatchewan, enabling a varied work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install energy-saving products ensuring compliance with standards

• Educate residents about energy-efficient features and usage

• Perform basic home energy assessments using designated apps

• Provide energy-saving guidance and tailored recommendations

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with good driving history

• Reliable vehicle for ongoing travel

• At least 1 year in relevant hands-on experience

• Strong skills in customer interaction and technology

• Ability to perform physical labor in various conditions
