• Ascertain RV and Trailer services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
• Clarify the description of problems
• Conduct inspections
• Take test drives
• Check vehicle maintenance records
  
  Examine service schedules
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers
• Explain provisions and exclusions

• High school education or equivalent
• + years of Auto and/or RV parts experience
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly attitude
• Above average technical knowledge
• Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
