Responsibilities- Ascertain RV and Trailer services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
- Clarify the description of problems
- Conduct inspections
- Take test drives
- Check vehicle maintenance records
Examine service schedules - Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers
- Explain provisions and exclusions
- High school education or equivalent
- + years of Auto and/or RV parts experience
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly attitude
- Above average technical knowledge
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
