Transmission Project Powerline Technician

Become a vital part of transmission projects as a Powerline Technician Foreperson in Eastern & Central Ontario. Your leadership will ensure operational safety while managing the execution and efficiency of complex tasks.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise as a Powerline Technician Foreperson to guide teams through effective transmission line construction. With a competitive base salary of $56.68 plus overtime, you will oversee daily operations, resource management, and team output while adhering to Hydro One Safety Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee transmission line construction and maintenance

• Schedule resources effectively for project execution

• Supervise the assembly and erection of transmission towers

• Train team members on safety protocols

• Handle insulator and wood pole replacements

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certified Powerline Technician

• Valid G Licence and maintained DZ/AZ driver's license

• Prior supervisory experience required

• Experience with transmission systems is an asset

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
