As a Technician with Motion, you'll work with a variety of mobility products, traveling to clients' locations to resolve issues. The role requires both technical acumen and a compassionate approach, as you'll directly impact the independence and quality of life for clients with mobility challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose issues with mobility devices and equipment
• Deliver friendly and respectful customer service
• Travel throughout the community for on-site repairs
• Document repairs and navigate our service software
• Engage in training and industry networking opportunities
Requirements:
• Background in mechanics or related fields
• Valid G-class driver's license with clean history
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic approach
