As a Project Officer, your responsibilities will include initiating, planning, and executing capital projects. You will work closely with project managers on larger projects, ensuring adherence to Manitoba Hydro's C.A.R.E. principles. Your skills in project planning and execution will support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion project delivery through all phases
• Develop project charters, plans, and schedules
• Manage project scopes and budgets effectively
• Lead project communication and team meetings
• Ensure all project close-out tasks are completed
Requirements:
• Two-year Technology Diploma plus four years experience
• Completion of Project Management Certificate
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools
• Effective communicative abilities with all stakeholders
• Valid Province of Manitoba Driver's Licence
