Become a pivotal part of Efficiency Manitoba as an Energy Efficiency Manager in Income-Based Programs. Focus on developing energy-saving programs that positively affect communities while ensuring excellent customer service.
This full-time role requires creativity and strategic oversight in formulating and executing demand-side management initiatives. You will need a Bachelor’s in Commerce, with at least three years of hands-on experience in energy services. Candidates should possess robust marketing and communication skills to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement energy efficiency programs for customers
• Align initiatives with national DSM frameworks and funding
• Lead cross-functional teams in program execution and evaluation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder involvement
• Establish partnerships for program enhancement and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) required
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Understanding of DSM principles and technologies
• Strong analytical and communications abilities
• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license necessary
