This position requires engaging in the operational readiness transition starting at the Grande Prairie office before moving to site‑based leadership in Q2 2027. With a minimum of 8 years in gas plant operations, you'll ensure all systems are efficiently commissioned and operate according to environmental standards. You will foster the development of junior operators while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities   Ensure safe and productive operations in sour gas processing
Lead the creation of detailed operating procedures
Mentor operators and provide technical training
Conduct PSSR walk‑downs during commissioning
Oversee system performance using DeltaV control systems
Requirements   8 years of operations experience in gas plants
Proven ability in sour gas processing and handling
Direct experience with plant commissioning and PSSR
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
High School Diploma and relevant certifications required
