Taqa North Exploitation Engineer

Reporting to the Asset Manager, the position focuses on the execution of development projects within the Central Asset Team. Your expertise in oil and gas, paired with solid project management skills, will drive the identification of optimization opportunities.

You’ll perform economic evaluations, forecast output, and work with various teams to create substantial business value through effective budget management.

• Steward the execution of key exploitation projects
• Collaborate with technical professionals across disciplines
• Conduct production forecasting and economic assessment
• Formulate and implement depletion strategies
• Enhance project delivery through effective stakeholder communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8 to 15 years in the Oil & Gas sector
• APEG P.Eng. designation
• Experience with industry software like Excel and PowerBI
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
