In this full-time role, you'll operate and maintain steam boilers and utility equipment to ensure production runs smoothly. Your mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills will be essential for routine inspections and repairs, ensuring high standards are met across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain steam boiler and utility equipment
• Prepare and monitor starch batches for production needs
• Perform routine inspections and necessary preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair steam plant issues
• Collaborate with teams to minimize production downtime
Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Class Power Engineer Certificate MB
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
