As a summer intern you will support Standard Aero’s Test Facilities Engineering projects.
Job Duties:
Support the development, testing, and debugging of software applications.Contribute to creating user interfaces (UI) and software tools for monitoring or testing systems.Help with data analysis, including mining, visualization, and interpretation to support projects.Document development processes, code changes, and testing results.Collaborate with team members on various software projects and assist in troubleshooting issues.Participate in special projects, provide general technical support, and follow all company guidelines and safety practices.Gain exposure to different aspects of software engineering, including development, testing, integration, and analysis.Basic Qualifications:
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.Basic understanding of programming languages1+ years of experience with computers and MS Office experience/knowledge.Must have completed 1st Year of Engineering studies. Open to 2nd, 3rd year students.Desired Skills
Exposure to software testing, debugging, or quality assurance concepts.Basic knowledge of user interface (UI) design or front-end development.Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and adapt to new technologies.Inclusivity Is Our Standard
