MPE, a division of Englobe, is seeking an Junior/Intermediate Civil Engineer to join our team in our Winnipeg
office.

You will join our Water Resources Engineering Team
. The successful candidate will use their technical and management skills to deliver a wide variety of water conveyance and other infrastructure projects
.

Your Contribution

Your main responsibilities

Management of projects, contract administration, construction management, and design engineering;

Coordination, supervision, mentoring, and management of junior engineers and technologists;

Prepare planning reports, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents;

Perform construction administration and general construction supervision duties;

Work closely with our clients to ensure their project objectives are met;

Deliver a wide variety of water conveyance and other infrastructure projects;

Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.

Your Profile

What makes you unique

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Civil or Environmental Engineering;

Registration with EGM as an Engineer (P.Eng., or E.I.T.);

5 years (+/-) experience in engineering including design, management, construction supervision, and project management. Preferably for water resource related projects;

Experience completing hydrotechnical assessments and hydrology as well as use of hydraulic modeling software is desirable;

Self-motivated, with good leadership, project management and client management experience; and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
