You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams as they plan and deliver water, wastewater, drainage, transportation, and land development projects that bring resilient, people‑centered communities to life across Manitoba.

Your Impact- Lead planning, design, modelling, and execution of municipal servicing and land development projects for public‑ and private‑sector clients.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams through all stages—from concept and feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
- Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Guide project approvals by collaborating with municipal authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality to ensure predictable, successful delivery.
- Conduct site reviews, coordinate with contractors, and provide construction‑phase engineering input.
- Mentor intermediate and junior engineers and technologists, contributing to a strong, collaborative Manitoba team.
- Support proposal development, fee estimates, scope definition, and pursuit strategy to drive growth in the region.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in land development and municipal infrastructure engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. registration (or eligibility) in Manitoba.
- Proven success managing complex land development or municipal servicing projects.
- Strong knowledge of Manitoba municipal processes, approval pathways, and servicing standards.
- Technical experience in water, sanitary, stormwater, roadway, and site‑servicing design.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing client expectations.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and ability to support construction‑phase activities.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
