The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software, with a strong focus on manufacturability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design issues in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and design notes.
• Support and conduct product testing, analyzing results and updating design requirements as needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions for assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Provide engineering support to production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing execution.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering program (3rd or 4th year) or Mechanical Engineering Technology program (2nd year).
• Strong understanding of basic manufacturing processes and principles.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in Solid Works.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
