In this senior role, you'll be responsible for the PCS, BMS, and EMS product roadmaps in North America. Your mission includes aligning with regulatory standards and utility requirements while initiating market analyses and driving product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and competitive positioning across diverse energy segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the PCS product roadmap for North America
• Conduct market analyses to identify product opportunities
• Collaborate on product specifications with R&D teams
• Drive full product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
• Support the development of advanced grid services features
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in energy storage or power systems
• Deep knowledge of North American power standards
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps
• Solid analytical and communication skills
