Location: Morden
Take on the role of an Experienced HSE Advisor focused on turnarounds at a Petro Chemical facility located in Saint John, New Brunswick. This position demands a commitment to safety and strong leadership.
We are in search of a seasoned HSE Advisor with a minimum of 3-7 years in HSE, especially in maintenance or industrial sectors.
Your role will be critical in developing safety strategies and conducting assessments. It’s vital that you have excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and safety culture promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate teams on HSE policies and best practices
• Conduct comprehensive hazard assessments and inspections
• Keep safety documentation and logs up to date
• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Spend around 85% of your time in the field
Requirements:
• NCSO designation with preferences for CRSP, CSP, or NEBOSH
• 3-7 years of industrial HSE experience
• Valid CSTS 2020 certification
• Enhanced communication and leadership skills
• Strong ability to solve problems in safety scenarios
