In this pivotal role, you'll work directly under the Director of Corporate Engineering, leading initiatives to optimize plant processes and implement robust controls. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices while managing project life cycles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize manufacturing process control systems for improved efficiency
• Develop new automated processes, including control system integration
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on process improvements
• Troubleshoot process control systems and resolve complex issues
• Conduct feasibility studies for automation projects
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary degree in related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing
• Familiar with regulatory standards for process control systems
• Effective project management skills
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA
