Embedded FPGA Designer

Position: Embedded FPGA Designer at Eddyfi Technologies
Transform digital architecture through VHDL and Verilog as an FPGA Designer at Eddyfi Technologies in Quebec. Engage in product development stages from design to production.

This role is integral to the ET/UT product line at Eddyfi Technologies. As a highly experienced FPGA Designer, you'll define digital architectures while programming modules using VHDL or Verilog. You'll work closely with PCB layout teams and validate FPGA-based schematics throughout product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop digital architecture specifications

• Program VHDL and Verilog modules on FPGA

• Validate FPGA schematics for functionality

• Assist in PCB design layout oversight

• Collaborate with firmware designers on prototypes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, electronics specialization

• Minimum five years of experience in VHDL design

• Familiarity with Altium and Xilinx software

• Knowledge of high-speed design techniques

• Proficient in both French and English
