Key Responsibilities- Improve performance of photon number resolving cryogenic detectors
- Develop and optimize fabrication processes for SNSPDs
- Conduct cleanroom process development and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet critical performance requirements
- Travel across Canada for cleanroom operations
- Master's in Physics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years cleanroom process development experience
- Proficiency in cleanroom tools and techniques
- Knowledge in thin film stack metrology
- Solid communication skills and team collaboration
