As a Sprinkler Estimator/Project Manager, you will prepare quotes for clients and complete essential pre-qualification documents. You will collaborate with consultants and general contractors while managing site visits and coordinating installation plans. This position requires both estimating expertise and a thorough understanding of fire protection design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quotes for building owners and contractors

• Review drawings and develop proposals for projects

• Conduct site visits while coordinating with various stakeholders

• Manage preparation of material lists and safety plans

• Oversee labor coordination and change order management

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Diploma preferred

• Minimum 5 years in estimating sprinkler contracts

• 3-5 years in fire protection project management

• Knowledge of NFPA 13 codes is a plus

• Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset
