Continuous Improvement Engineer at Ryder

This role reports to the Lead Engineer and emphasizes collaboration across all operational levels. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis, implementing continuous improvement plans, and leading engineering projects. By utilizing lean methodologies and quality standards, you will contribute significantly to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data for process improvements

• Manage engineering projects to enhance business results

• Coach employees on CI and Lean principles

• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events

• Deliver reports measuring progress against objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Warehousing or Manufacturing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Intermediate skills in data visualization tools

• Familiarity with Lean methods and engineering tools
