Supplier Quality Engineer at Multimatic

Contribute to the success of Multimatic as a Supplier Development Engineer, focusing on supplier quality and development processes. This full-time role emphasizes supplier assessment and improvement in the automotive sector.

In this position, you will lead the qualification and development of suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes. Your work will involve performing audits, analyzing supplier performance, and implementing corrective actions for quality issues. You will engage effectively across teams and with suppliers to drive improvements and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier readiness reviews and evaluations

• Conduct audits to identify and address process gaps

• Track supplier performance and recommend improvements

• Maintain documentation of audits and corrective actions

• Support compliance with Multimatic’s quality manual

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related)

• 3-5 years experience in automotive quality management

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and control plans

• Experience with process evaluation and supplier audits

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
