Overview
Baylis Medical Technologies is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer III to enhance supplier performance in the biomedical field. This hybrid role emphasizes process control and quality assurance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Conduct supplier audits for compliance with ISO standards
- Lead performance improvement projects with suppliers
- Implement corrective actions for supplier issues
- Maintain a comprehensive supplier performance database
- Foster strong relationships and communication with suppliers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Supplier Quality Engineering
- Knowledge of lean-six sigma tools and ISO standards
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
