Overview

Project Lead – Field Services (Edmonton) We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead – Field Services in Edmonton. The successful candidate will be expected to manage field service projects, build client relationships, and expand our portfolio of business.

Accountabilities
  • Manage field service projects and provide project status updates to Managers
  • Provide feedback to Managers on project execution and employee performance onsite
  • Develop client relationships through client interface on site
  • Identify service opportunities for clients and communicate them to Managers
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are available for projects
  • Perform on site work as required
  • Develop site strategy and adjust timelines
  • Demonstrate leadership safety excellence onsite
  • Responsible for site quality and document reviews
  • Follow up on deficiency work
  • Ensure documentation is completed and compiled
  • Complete technical reviews and generate reports
  • Support invoicing to ensure inclusion of applicable extras for work performed
  • Integrate junior employees into projects in a secure manner
  • Lead, mentor, and develop employees
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Electrical Technologist / Field Technician / Power System Electrician / Electrical Engineer
  • Hands‑on field experience commissioning, testing or maintaining power delivery equipment (breakers, switch gear, relays, transformers)
  • Proven experience leading engaged and productive project teams
  • Ability to self‑manage with initiative and client focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
