Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of civil engineering project execution
- Ensure robust QA/QC of design calculations and documents
- Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage and design grading and drainage systems
- Mentor junior staff and foster team development
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Engineer in Alberta preferred
- Proven leadership in civil engineering projects
- Extensive experience with civil design software
- Robust project management capabilities
