We seek an experienced civil engineer to join our Maintenance Engineering Operations Support Department. You'll apply your knowledge of structural design and construction management to optimize asset performance at HVDC stations. With at least six years of experience, your responsibilities include project management and technical support for infrastructure projects, making a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate civil maintenance and capital projects
• Prepare and justify cost estimates for budgeting
• Collaborate on civil engineering designs and construction management
• Provide support to site staff and facilitate technical guidance
• Conduct asset condition assessments and inspections
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree with a minimum of six years’ experience
• Current professional status with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba
• Familiarity with large civil structure construction
• Strong organizational skills and capacity for multitasking
• Valid class 5 Manitoba Driver's License and willingness to travel
