• Lead geotechnical engineering for solution ponds and embankments
• Develop design criteria and perform stability analyses
• Ensure practical and cost‑effective designs for operations
• Participate in site inspections and support Quality Management programs
• Oversee monitoring programs for geotechnical safety

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Eligibility for Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) in Yukon
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous customs is a plus
