Position: Senior Project Manager - (Water/Wastewater Construction)

Maple Reinders Constructors is currently searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Civil construction division in Ontario. The position is located in Ontario and relocation will be required if selected (relocation assistance can be offered).

As a Senior Project Manager you will manage exciting Water and Wastewater projects working alongside other construction professionals. Leadership and accountability are key to successful projects. Working with the team, you will define the schedule, ensure goals are met, and maintain communication. This role is site-based and requires daily travel to the assigned project.

Responsibilities and Leadership
  • Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub‑contractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage the project following Maple Reinders' process and procedures, ensuring each project is delivered with quality and consistency.
  • Share your knowledge by mentoring junior Project Managers and Coordinators, guiding them to progress in their careers.
Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor.
  • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • Experience working on Renewable Natural Gas and/or Water/Wastewater projects is considered an asset.

Compensation & Location

Salary Range: $145,000 - $180,000 / Year (depending on experience).

Location:

Mississauga, ON (with travel to sites in Ontario). Relocation to Ontario is required if applying from outside Ontario.
