This position supports a large-scale oil sands facility, executing a data‑driven structural inspection program. You will work closely with operations and maintenance teams while promoting safety protocols. Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of engineering experience in industrial settings and hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement structural inspection programs
- Assess pipe racks, conveyors, cranes, and similar structures
- Optimize safety and operational inspection strategies
- Communicate engineering needs across multiple teams
- Provide engineering guidance for ongoing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Skilled Engineer registration in Alberta
- 5+ years of experience in industrial facilities
- Strong collaboration with operational teams
- Knowledge of Alberta OH&S regulations
