Plant Operator

Our client, a well established oil and gas producer, is seeking a Plant Operator to support operations at a facility located north of Grande Prairie. This position operates on an 8/6 rotation and requires candidates to be local to the Grande Prairie area, as camp accommodations and housing are not available.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (or higher)
- Previous oil and gas plant experience
- Valid H2S Alive certification
- Valid Standard First Aid certification
- Comfortable working in H2S environments and wearing respiratory protection when required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
- Robust focus on safety and attention to detail
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow direction
