In this pivotal role, you will ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of marine navigation and bridge systems. With at least 8 years of engineering experience, including 6 years in Systems Engineering, you will lead safety engineering throughout the system lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship in safety practices to uphold OSI's high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain system safety programs including hazard analyses

• Identify and mitigate system hazards, ensuring acceptable risk levels

• Define safety requirements with traceability through the lifecycle

• Support system architecture with a safety focus

• Participate and lead safety reviews and certification activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 8 years engineering experience, 6 in Systems Engineering

• Experience in marine electronics or integrated bridge systems

• Proven project delivery skills

• Excellent knowledge of safety engineering principles
