Join ONxpress as an Information Management Specialist, specializing in rail infrastructure project collaboration and information governance. This role is crucial for managing stakeholder interactions effectively.
You will support the delivery of large-scale projects by implementing information governance frameworks that align with contractual obligations and ISO standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing document control processes and ensuring compliance with data security while coordinating communications between project partners, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 through governance implementations
- Manage Common Data Environments like Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Guide document control and workflow performance oversight
- Liaise with external partners and project teams effectively
- Develop dashboards for performance metrics and compliance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar fields
- Minimum of 3 years in document or project management
- Expertise in CDE platforms such as Aconex and Share Point
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of FME is a plus
- Robust meticulousness and multi‑tasking capabilities
