As the Lead Electrical Engineer, you will oversee multiple projects with limited supervision while directly reporting to the Engineering Manager. Your work will involve designing innovative electrical systems, assessing existing power distribution, and supporting the sales process through technical guidance. The role also provides an opportunity to mentor junior team members and contributes to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities   Lead designs for renewable energy generation systems
Conduct electrical analysis for high voltage systems
Assess and audit existing power distribution systems
Draft detailed proposals for client projects
Develop training materials for customer staff
Requirements   Degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or similar
10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience
Valid Professional Engineering Designation (P.Eng)
Knowledge of renewable energy integration techniques
Skills in modeling software like ETAP or PSCAD
