Automotive Process Engineer at PWO

As a dedicated Process Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping manufacturing processes at PWO Canada, a recognized supplier in the automotive sector. Collaborating closely with production and quality teams, you will tackle challenges with structured problem-solving techniques, applying methods like 8D and 5-Why to cultivate continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support serial production manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot product quality and efficiency issues
• Implement productivity enhancements across operations
• Lead investigations using root cause analysis
• Collaborate with the Quality team for corrective actions
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 2–6 years of relevant process engineering experience
• Familiarity with GD&T and quality tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
